WINDOWS 9 OR THRESHOLD TECHNICAL PREVIEW
This is typically the first and early post beta version of Windows 9 that Microsoft will make available to developers. Based on what happened with Windows 8, Microsoft typically makes this version available to developers 5 to 6 months before it’s available to consumers.
Typically the Windows 9 Technology preview is available in multiple languages and in both 32 and 64 bit versions.
